In order to carry out work on your vehicle, we need access to electricity for our extension cords and a water connection for the pressure washer. If either of these utilities is unavailable, please inform us at the time of booking.
Before commencing any work, a comprehensive vehicle assessment will be conducted, documenting any cosmetic damage both inside and outside the vehicle.
If the interior of the vehicle is significantly soiled with mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or similar substances, an additional fee will be incurred unless prior notification has been provided.
Please inform us at the time of booking if any of these conditions apply.
Payments
We accept various payment methods, including Bank Transfer or cash, which should be settled upon completion of the service.
For commercial works Invoices will be sent via email, and payment is expected within seven working days.
A late payment will incur a 10% fee for each week the invoice remains unpaid.
Deposits
For new bookings exceeding half a day, a deposit of 20% of the total cost is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of rescheduling due to adverse weather or emergencies, a new booking will be arranged.
Cancellations that do not adhere to our policy without prior notice may result in a full charge for the booking.
Insurance
We are fully insured to work on all vehicle types; however, we cannot operate on roadsides or public parking areas. A safe driveway or shared drive is necessary. Please consider this when making your booking, and alternative arrangements can be discussed if needed.
